Jayden's first day of school!

Today is Jayden's first day of school, August 10, 2016. I cannot believe he is now a kindergartner. The day started with a scrumptious breakfast and getting into his brand-new clothes. He starts Audubon elementary school today! He's so handsome with his bright red shirt and snazzy backpack. Love this baby boy so much!  I followed the bus to school for a while, then decided to head on over to his school and wait for him. Once there, I entered the building and went to the cafeteria. Somehow, Jayden arrived before I did! I entered the cafeteria and immediately saw Jayden setting there, waiting patiently. Once he glanced over at me, relief flooded his face. I walked him to his class and stayed a few minutes to ensure he was comfortable. I left shortly thereafter for home. Wow! What a tough day.  

When Jayden got home from school, he told me about a couple things that mattered  to him such as his lunch, that he got chocolate milk, and he got to ride the bus. He had a good day and made it home safe and sound!!

Jayden got so big over the summer! We did so many fun things like go to Orlando, Florida, Cocoa Beach and we went swimming a lot!  Jayden also got to stay a couple days with grandma and grandpa which he loved.

Jayden's 5th Birthday 5/1/16

It's hard to believe our little Jayden is five years old. We started the day off by going to church together. He loves to go to church so much. We are very thankful for this! It's so awesome to hear him sing praise songs! We went out to eat at Tumbleweeds for his birthday. Afterward, we went home to a house decorated with Spider-Man stuff.  Jayden opened his presents. He really liked his scooter! Afterword, we sang Happy Birthday  and he got to blow out his candles to his cake which was Spider-Man too! Brittany  took Jayden to Build-A-Bear worshop so that he could design is own stuffed dog. She also got him ice cream, which is one of his favorites. At home, he had just enough time to play with his toys before heading to bed. It was a long, adventurous day for Jayden, but it was so cool to watch this little boy laugh, smile and know that he is loved more than anything! He is precious and a gift in our eyes! 😍
